Hi, I'm Travis Corpening, coming to you here
from Carolina Beach Recreation Center, and
I'm going to show you just how to do a between
the legs spin move into a lay-up. Now, the
first thing you want to do is you want to
use this; probably you want to use this in
the paint in the paint when you're trying
to deceive a defender. So, what you want to
do is you you have the ball; if if you're
right-handed, you want to have the ball in
your left hand, come through and cross between
your legs into your right hand, and as you
do that with the ball you want to cross. Use
that hand. The ball should be in the right
hand. And use that momentum to spin your body
the opposite direction and lay it in with
the left hand. By doing that what you do is
you give the defender, you're fooling the
defender into thinking that you're going actually
to your right when you're actually planning
to go to your left. So, as you you cross over,
spin and finish right there on the on the
glass, right there on the backboard. There
you have it. The crossover spin move into
a lay-up.
